If you’ve put in your Level 10 during your bootcamp classes all week, you need time to recoup and recover to push harder the next week. So the essence of our Fun Day is celebration and relaxation.
On your Farrell’s Fun Day, you get to relax, eat what you want, when you want, however much you want. You don’t need to exercise, although many of our members still do because they now enjoy being active!
So enjoy your Fun Days and remember to keep working to reach your Level 10!
