Victories Big and Small...but Mostly Big!

At Farrell’s, when members set goals for themselves, we believe it's important to provide encouragement and support to achieve those goals. It is FXB's desire to provide that encouragement and support, along with bootcamp style classes made up of fun kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition coaching. We also believe that when members achieve those personal goals, they are to be recognized and celebrated. FXB is a great community where we love to celebrate our own victories, as well as, victories of those around us.

Recently, we asked members to share something they are proud of that they have accomplished/achieved/conquered since joining FXB. What we expected to hear was how members were proud of the 20 lbs., the 30 lbs., the 40 lbs. they have lost, the 4 inches and 5 inches they have lost off their waist, or the 6% body fat or 7% body fat that they have lost. Instead, what we heard was so much more. In a media-crazed world where people worry about what the scale says and are pressured by the looks of the latest super model on the cover of a magazine, it was incredibly refreshing to read what our members boasted about.Denver gals

“Before I started FXB, I had lower back problems.  My goal when I started was to strengthen my core (along with lose weight and get fit) so that I would be strong enough to have a healthy pregnancy as well as pick up and carry my baby without throwing my back out.  So far, so good!  Thanks FXB for workouts geared towards core strength!”   Morgan S.

Since many of our members won't brag about their physical transformation, we will! Numerous members at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping in Denver have lost 30-60lbs; 10-20 inches off their entire body; 7% or more of body fat and other great physical achievements while they have continued working out in this incredible
