Kristy is one of our "10 weekers", a member that is currently in the Summer 10 week session. "In six short weeks, the FXB kickboxing classes have really helped me gain endurance and have taught me how to push thru the pain. The strength I have gained is undeniable. We did this race last year not knowing what to expect at all. It was a blast but I think it took us twice as long to finish than it should have, over 2 hours....shhhhh. This year both of us were in much better shape thanks to FXB - stronger to say the least. We finished within an hour and this time we did every obstacle! I now have a friend pushing me to do the Tough Mudder - maybe not the one coming up, but this will be one of my races for next year."
